Where do you ship?
Within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Free on all orders.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery 4–7, so 5–10 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Saturday.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, any time before it's dispatched — contact us with your order number. Once it's shipped, use our returns process instead.
What's your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached, with proof of purchase.
Is return shipping free?
Yes. We send a prepaid label, and there are no restocking or handling fees.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason. We'll send your return authorisation, the return address and a prepaid label.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not currently. Return the original for a refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days with photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
